The core modules & coaching require three 60-90 minute sessions per month and 30 minutes of weekly homework. It may not be convenient for your schedule, it is not uncommon for women to be on our calls in a car parking lot. This work requires you to put the phone down and be present. After each session, it is advisable to integrate what you've learned. You will also need to carve out about 10-20 minutes everyday to practice energy mastery, meditation, or complete the aligned action steps. For this program to work, it's essential that you create this sacred time for yourself.
I've found that 90% of the women I work with are a perfect fit for my group program. The collective energy of like-minded women on similar journeys creates a powerful field that actually fast-forwards your results through shared wisdom and mutual support. A very small portion of women I work with require the more intensive container of 1:1 coaching for their specific circumstances.
You Will Need to Complete an Initial Discovery Coaching Call
Before attending the initial call, you MUST complete a brief questionnaire with the booking, it will take about 10-15 minutes. We will not go ahead with the call unless I have received your responses. Your answers help me understand where you are in your journey, what's holding you back, and your soul-aligned goals. We can decide if a group program is what you need or if you would benefit from other services I offer.
