I was meeting with a mentor who was explaining our corporate culture to me. He described our culture like a box and shared that you must fit in the box to be successful and every level you go up the box gets smaller and smaller and smaller.
💡 The Lightbulb went on. He was perfectly describing how I felt within the culture I lived, like a smaller and smaller version of myself with each rung on the ladder I climbed.
